About the owner
Caden Clotfelter didn't fall into pressure washing looking for a passion project — he needed the work, and found something better: the chance to build something of his own, from the ground up, instead of coasting on somebody else's business. More than four years later, that's still what drives Brilliant Finish. What keeps him engaged day to day is the puzzle of it — figuring out exactly what a surface needs and going and getting it right. Sometimes that means buying a brand-new ladder just to reach the top of a mansion's 40-foot columns and confirm the roofline above them is actually clean, not just clean from the ground. Other times it's a lot more modest — on one of his very first jobs, it meant pulling every window screen to get it properly clean, not just the glass in front of it. Big house or small, the standard doesn't change, and neither does his pricing or his follow-through: honest quotes, no hidden fees, and a same-day reply if you call or write.
